Hi everyone, I ask you for help because I am looking for the manual or at least the jumper setting of the I-Will P6NS motherboard (it is a motherboard for Pentium Pro). Thanks to everyone anyway for your time.

Have you checked Archive.org? I managed to dig up Iwill manuals earlier through there by visiting Iwill's old website.

Ok I managed to save the old IWILL jumpers web page and also DL and convert the old .DOC manual to PDF. Added to Vogons Library here:

I just don't know how to thank for the help. Thanks Thanks Thanks very much.

I spend some of my free time building retropc, often starting from pieces to be recovered / restored. I have never worked on a PentiumPro and the purchase of this motherboard (with cpu and ram) will give me the opportunity to do so. Thanks to your help I will be able to configure the board as well as, what is important for me, to know its logic.
I hope I can help you in the future and still be of help to anyone in the Vogons community.

You are welcome, I enjoy researching old parts. Once you get it booted figure out the BIOS version, there is a version 225 floating around which is the last version dated about 02/1997.

You and at least one other member seem to be Archive.org ninjas. When I search it, I find things like this page, which are really no help at all.

How do you do it?

I do it with patience checking many links and dates, there are others here that are better at it then me but have somewhat gotten used to spending 1/2 hour digging thru the archives. The IWILL global site had the most info related to this board but cannot be accessed thru the .TW archive, you have to specifically search it. Also many of the downloads from back then do not work but if you find one that does you can mod your DL link and sometimes get lucky unless over 1Mb in size. In every Archive web page I save I put the actual link either at top or bottom of that page during a local edit to make sure images load proper. If you check the bottom of the saved jumpers .htm in Notepad or other text editor you will see the actual archive org link I found it at. In this case it was:
https://web.archive.org/web/20010203130800/ht … et/index_e.html
Thats all I know ;p
added: I also saved manuals or jumper stuff for all the P54 & P55 boards I could while I was there....

Yes the bios you mentioned I found it, as I found the drivers for the intel chipset and for the scsi controller.
Over time I have learned to search / find drivers and bios (and gradually I keep everything), on using Archive.org I read and try to learn from those who like you are more capable.

If you think it might be useful, I create a compressed archive with bios, flash utilities, intel and scsi chipset drivers, to be inserted in vogons library

Hi everyone and thanks again for the help.
Wanting to reciprocate, if useful to someone, I have prepared compressed archives with readme.txt files to indicate the contents, containing the latest bios available and the update utility, the latest drivers for the intel chipset, the drivers for the controller scsi.
I wanted to upload them to vogonslibrary, but I can't and so I ask if I can send them to who can do this.
Thanks again

How big is this archive ? The Library section for Motherboards is broken into sections: BIOS images, Drivers and also sort of includes the Manuals section. If you can make one archive of the BIOS and Update util, another archive with the Mobo driver MINUS the original scsi drivers (should be Ez-scsi 3 or 4) which should be made into a separate package for the Library section SCSI/Storage. Each should not be very big and you should be able to make a few posts to the Library thread here:
Re: VOGONS Driver Library
and attach one archive per post.
or upload to here: https://mega.nz/ you can create a free account
Second thought: Being that EZ scsi is still downloadable thru many places the scsi drivers could be left out entirely, just tell in the readme.txt what version Ex-scsi was the original. Most of us actually use Ez-scsi 4 or 5 when 3 or 4 was the original that came with the hardware. Just saying....

Thank you ! Will add them. Edit: looks like EZ-SCSI 5 Lite was the scsi driver.

Actually for the scsi chipset I searched for drivers based on the chip serial number and so I found two drivers, one of which looks like the latest one released by Adaptec. If they can help I add them to the post.

And now a little curiosity: the image of the Iwill P6NS motherboard you used to create the page on Vogons Library, looks like the photo of the motherboard I bought, recognizable besides the warranty labels, for the swollen capacitors. Have you perhaps recovered the photo from an ebay ad? If so it would be a strange and nice coincidence 😁
