hello
I have a CGA card I bought from a friend who does not have a manufacturer, I searched and did not find any information
I connect it to the IBM 8081 XT computer and it detects it monochrome
There are jumpers on it that I'm sure will help with the definition just do not know how
Someone can help

It's not just a CGA card, it seems to be one of the CGA/Hercules switchable cards. If it's detected as monochrome, it's in Hercules mode. It might be (compatible to) this card: http://www.uncreativelabs.de/th99/v/E-H/50122.htm. If not, you could check whether http://www.uncreativelabs.de/th99/v/v8ISA_1.htm contains another picture that looks similar to your card. A notable feature of your card is the "big" bank of jumpers in the upper left corner.

You could also pry the "warranty void" sticker off to reveal the markings on the video chip.
I think it's safe to say that the warranty has expired.

EDIT:
That might not even be necessary, because I found the same card on ebay. The markings are "[R1] C102 147"
The listing says "tested on EGA monitor ,working.", which indicates CGA compatible timings.
It looks like all jumpers are closed on that card.
