Haven't found an Award BIOS for this, but I did find what I presume to be an updated Phoenix BIOS.

Life isn't long enough to re-enable every hidden option in every BIOS on every board... 🙁

Here are all boards we have in our database with AMI bioses and the same chipset as yours :

Now there's no warranty a bios from one of these boards will work, but considering they use the same chipset, they're very likely to work.
