Agree about CD Access being overpriced but all of their stock is always in perfect condition, shrinkwrapped, compete, etc.
Don't forget about Half.com. It is more book-oriented but there are some games there.
Check local library sales (booksalefinder.com), I've got some neat stuff that way really cheap ($1-$3 is a typical price at those).
