Hi guys,
Last month I swore I won't spend any money this year on old(shit/crap) hardware, but I found these and I just couldn't resist... just couldn't... I know, I'm weak. But I guess I'm not the only one here...
I've picked up these RAM modules for the 30 pin SIMMs(1Mb modules - Siemens HYM 91000L-70) and for the IBM EDO DIMMs(32 Mb 60ns 5V modules). The rest is bonus.
Here I have:
AMD K6-2/450ADK mobile
AMD K6-2/500AFX
AMD K6/266AFR
Celeron 566 SL46T
Celeron 633 SL4PA
Celeron 667 SL48E
Pentium4 1.8GHz SL66Q
AMD Athlon AX1700DMT3C Palomino
AMD Am486 DX4-100 A80486DX4-100NV8T
Intel 486 DX2-66 SX911
Pentium 166 MMX SL239
I've had in my collection of CPUs only three of these chips...
These where two separate lots from the same seller, so I asked him if he has some other "old stuff". He said yes, and I picked up the following...
2 ISA "NE2000 Compatible" network cards
2 ISA I/O controller cards
ISA MFM controller card(Morse KP3000)
2 ISA sound cards - Yamaha YMF719E-S and OPTI 82C931(took it for the shape)
ATI Radeon 9800 PRO AGP 128 Mb from Connect3D - the card looks brand new, only one of the two plastic pins from the heatsink is broken...
This 286 mainboard is in great shape, it was only a little bit dusty. It has a 12 MHz AMD CPU. Maybe I could find some info later and fire it up...
Gigabyte GA-6BXC rev 2.0, it should support CPUs up to 950 MHz/1 GHz, if I recall correctly... This one too is in great shape...
Everything was around 63 Euros/77 USD, shipping included. That's why I couldn't resist buying all of this...
Now I need to find some time for testing/playing with these goodies 😀
PS: two more AT cases including power supplies, FDDs, HDDs and optical drives are on their way for really cheap
