any one nobody

I am not sure what you are asking for here - to wit:

A) What kind of soundcard, which system is it in? Which OS are you asking about?
B) What configuration settings are in the autoexec.bat (if assuming DOS)
B) IRQ 6 isn’t commonly used. Why is it on 6 (if it’s even possible on 6)
C) DMA5 is a 16 bit DMA channel - also not that usual. Are you sure whatever program you are working with isn’t automatically requiring an 8 bit DMA to send commands? If it is, then assuming 1 or 3 for DRQ (DMA request)i is perfectly fine.

The messages are more confusing than they need to be.

Your sound card is configured as:

A220 I5 D1 H5

That means you cannot use IRQ 5 or DMA channels 1 and 5 for your CD-ROM and you need to set the jumpers accordingly.

In your config.sys, you have:

/P:300 A:0 /M:2 /T:1 /I:5

So it looks like /T corresponds to the DRQ, which is actually set by the DMA jumper on the card. When you set up the driver, you need to specify the value according to whatever the jumper is set to.

Posting the same pictures over and over again isn't going to get you help any faster, you know. In fact, it just makes things more confusing. We don't have much more information than you do.

Your last image says:

/P:300 A:0 /M:2 /T:3 /I:5

That suggests you are still specifying IRQ 5 in the Setup program, but like I said in the last message, your sound card is using IRQ 5 and the jumper on your card is set to IRQ 9.

As listed above, you need to tell the driver which settings that you have configured on the card.

If the last pictures are accurate, you are jumpered to IRQ 10, and DMA 6.

THESE VALUES MUST MATCH WHAT YOU PUT IN THE SOFTWARE.

I think that this link has the newest drivers. You probably need them to allow Higher DMA channels.

Those pictures look exactly the same as the ones you posted before. How is this supposed to help anyone? You are only making things confusing. Please slow down and take a minute to think about what you are posting.
