Hi guys,

I would like to know is there a way i should configure in order to let my app access the internel modem i have in my laptop?

is it by using directserial? cause i know if i use the "modem" line in my config.. it just activate the dosbox's virtual modem capabilities which i dont want..

If your modem provides a com port you can use directserial.

i tried the directserial method.. and it works!

now there's another problem with my app (CoSession 6.03)

any1 using it too?

There is a build with serial port fix on my homepage. May help if it locks up / has serial port related problems.

h-a-l,

i've tried your patch..
during the start initial startup of my dosbox, the status window shows this..

Serial1: Opening com3
Serial9600: Desired serial mode not supported (5,0,0,1
Serial9600: Desired serial mode not supported (5,0,0,1

and after i quit my app this line was shown

Serial1: Errors occured: Framing 0, Parity 0, Overrun 5, Break 0

any thoughts on this? thanks..

The first errors are no fatal ones in this case.
The other you can try to avoid by increasing the cycles (ctrl+F12 or set it in dosbox.conf).
