I posted that a couple days ago. You can't use it like that, its for backing up files or transferring files. and requires a device driver. works in dos and win 3.11

I believe it may be possible, but I cannot guarantee 100%.
Exactly today I had similar problem: how to install newest Slackware on the older gear that has no option for booting from USB stick? I've found a solution there, which I quote below:
Guys, it works (Plop Boot Manager 5.0.15)! At least it worked for me. I cannot guarantee it'll work for you, since I'm not 100% sure it'll be able to find USB on ISA slot; never used such exotic USB-adaptor before.
