I want to mess around with my Sb2.0 which has the CMS chips installed. I've tried the built in organ software but I am struggling to get it to make any sound at all! The card works great in games and the music player but just not the organ!

What other music software is out there that will use the CMS chips on my card?

I was actually playing around with this last weekend, I reseated my SB2 and wanted to test if CM/S was still working. I tried this with SQ3, you can switch between Adlib and Game Blaster music. I also tried the organ, which worked fine. Are you sure organ uses CM/S for sound and not Adlib? 🤔

Yeah it's part of the CMS software package. The music player is part of that package and works fine on my Sb2.0 so not sure why the organ wouldn't.

When I run CMSDRV it says it's already installed though (even though the music works fine)

Edit - that's because I ran CMSDRV earlier, whoops. The driver part is fine.
