Hi all ! 😀

I have an old geforce FX 5900 that I would like to save.
Two components are missing at the card back and prevent the card from booting:

I've been able to identify the missing components :

Could someone explain me what are these components, and were could I find new ones to solder on my board ?

Thanks all ! 😀

U501 might be an LMC7211, SOT23-5 package.
As for the other part, most likely a transistor (I think it says Q51 on the silkscreen), but I can't really tell what's written on it before "004"

You can find LMC7211 at mouser, digikey and other major distributors, or on ebay. Just be sure to order the SOT-23 one.
As for Q510, I have no clue what that part is, a better photo would help.

Ok, thanks, will try to see if I can find one at a good price.

Concerning the Q510, I have no other picture of it.
Looks like the ASUS FX 5900 as quite the same PCB...maybe it can help identifying the component ?

I found the following transistor markings on other cards: A002, A004, A00C. No idea what transistors are those. These might be SM2300NSA.

It's really hard for a noob like me to buy electronic components 😀
There are multiple references and they are often sold in high quantities.

Concerning the LMC7211 I can see there is a "simple" or "double" power supply. Do you know which one is the good one for the card ?

Tanks again 😀!

It's just a comparator, it can be used with simple or double power supply as needed. Anyway, on the card it is configured with a simple power supply.

You're welcome and I hope you get the card working 😀
