Ordered today a Slot 1 AT motherboard, and a Slot1-SKT370 adapter with Celeron CPU.
Also included is a slot for PS2 and IR USB ports.
The motherboard has SiS chipset, 1 AGP 2X slot, 3 PCI slots and 2 ISA slots.
Integrated audio (crystal chip) should be present, and possibly an AMR modem connection.
I don't think it's a PCChips, but maybe it's PCPartner ?, I have to do a search to identify it exactly, and to look for the manual, if anyone knows what MB is they could kindly tell me make and model (or possibly where to find the manual).
It should ship in a couple of days, and arrive within a week.
The MB is sold as being tested, but I hope it will be functional.

The seller has lost the Celeron and the Slot1 adapter visible in the photos.
In its place it will send me a Pentium II, I don't know the frequency but I hope it is a model with FSB at 66MHz, of these I only have a 300MHz.
The only problem I have is that I can't understand what MB is (make and model), I wanted to identify it to find the manual (PDF) to set the jumpers.
There is a silkscreened number on the MB it should be 981112, the second digit is unclear, so it could be 961112 (or 951112).
Still from the screen printing and the BIOS is visible 1998, it should be the year of production.

I have no idea what this board actually came out of, it's quite corroded and I basically just got it for the full banks of 1M chips
(also love the sticker x3 "WARRENTY VOLD IF REMOVED")

Sony CDU33A-01 that I paid entirely too much for in my opinion, but was rather cheap if going by actual prices ^^

and another SIMCHECK II so I don't have to swap the SD-RAM adapter on the other one all the time (can't do normal SIMMS if the DIMM adapter is plugged in which is kinda weird)

Got some new parts for my MVP3 machine:

2x128MB PC133, IBM branded (I thought IBM only made ECC stuff?)

Maxtor SATA/150 card, a rebranded Promise SATA 150TX2plus. Card is in new condition apart from one scratch which goes across a trace, but a continuity test revealed that it was still functional.

What I'm most excited for, a K6-2+ 550ACZ. IHS is a bit scratched.

Currently waiting on a 16GB SATA drive to use with the SATA card.

You may have paid too much for the Sony CD-ROM drive because these are plagued with cheap capacitor that leak.
They will leak all over the PCB and destroy it. I have several and that is what happened to them.
Thats why there are so few of these Sony 2x drives around.I had one back in 1990’s.
It was my first CDROM drive in my 486 computer. They just aren’t worth it anyways because they are too slow and seek allot

that's exactly why I didn't want to pay these prices for worn out old ones, so I looked out for one in working order so I can still save it ^^

Interesting found today, Matrox 757-00 REV:B (POWER VR PCX2) for just 2.5 euro 😀
Hope it works, never had video card like this before. Plan to put it in P 233MMX PC in pair with MGA-2064W (Matrox IS-STORM).

I have some cleaning to do on this Leadtek. It's a Ti 4800SE, so basically a 4400 with overrated AGP 8x.
A big plus is that it doesn't get as warm like the older NV25 siblings.
Maybe I'll install two small Noctua fans in/on it, don't know yet. That depends if it the 3D performance will be better on my 1GHz Athlon classic, wich has a GF3 Ti200 at the moment.

Sweet card, I have one myself in the box. The build quality of the card is remarkable. Prepare for absolute sub-par performance though...:

Interestingly your card has a 6400 imprint on it while it also has unpopulated memory sockets. Interesting because (from what I know) the 6400's only memory configuration was 512 KB and I seeing those sockets I assume users were able to upgrade? Must have been a later revision. Mine dates back to week 35 of 1991 and all memory chips are soldered directly to the PCB without any empty sockets.

Ebay is a different animal, those prices are set to make the most profit from wealthier countries and bidders from those countries have more disposable income to throw at auctions compared to other countries. People in those countries avoid Ebay and stick to local places and that's the reason some of their items seem so cheap. With the exception of overhyped items like Voodoo cards, those are expensive everywhere.

Nope, strictly domestic markets still exist. People who don't bother selling internationally, don't have the language skills and/or simply international shipping would be too expensive to set a competitive price.

I often find myself in that situation. The things I could reasonably sell online are things with "high value density". Small, but expensive items so if I add the ~$40 shipping fee it's still at a reasonable price for the buyer and I still make enough so it's worth the hassle. On the other hand, as a buyer you can find stuff for the fraction of the eBay price.

I think the seller didn't know that Matrox 757-00 is POWER VR PCX2 video card, he just put some price. Also a took FX5900XT AGP with big passive cooler from him for 7.5 euro.

I used package consolidation. My opinion is that it good only in case of saving on shipping, but can be bad solution in case of paying taxes. Some devices are better to ship separetly in case of tax discount or equal to zero. If you pay extra for safe packaging it add some save, but also add extra wight. My last come in good condition

Found a nice Commodore 1085S monitor complete in box for a "reasonable" price, and one cannot have to many of them...

Also a relatively well preserved Commodore C64, @50€, but with unknown fault advertised. Turned out to be a faulty 4164 dram ic.
