8088 vs. 80286. The latter is more powerful but may not run software designed for the older machine.

The 5153 is the CGA monitor, good for games but poor for text. The 5151 is monochrome, good for text but bad for games. There is also the EGA 5154 which is stupid expensive. (The 5152 was a printer.)

My experience is that they are a nice collectors item, but for daily use I'd recommend one of the many clones of the mid to late 80's as their design is more "modern" and user friendliness is much higher.
