7800GS issues occuring

So my 7800GS is now giving me issues that I'm not sure how to fix. No bulging capacitors, but some artifacts when drivers are installed, but only if i can get into Windows, most of the time it just blue screens loading windows. I've tested it now in 3 diffrent computers all show the excat same issue, even tried with clean installs of windows, as soon as drivers are loaded it will BSOD. Did my card die, if so any known fixes i can try

Did you applied new thermal compound?
Did you cleaned thoroughly the card?
Does the card works OK in BIOS?
