Took and did a fresh reinstall of Windows XP Home. Installed all the drivers, SP4 and then reinstalled 3DMark03 without any of the patches. Opened the program and it got to the settings. So I closed the program and installed the V360 patch and then it would freeze on the program loading screen. I uninstalled it, restarted, reinstalled the normal version and it is now just freezing. I installed 3DMark05 and 06 and they are both freezing.... I have no clue what is going on... anyone have any ideas?

See signature for the system specs.

When I was running AGP Radeon X800XL 256MB, I had no problems at all, it is just with this Radeon 3650 AGP that there is a problem. Outside of 3DMark freezing I am having no issues with the card, runs games just fine.

Do you mean SP3 as there was no official SP4 released by Microsoft. If it's an unofficial one uninstall it and try the programs again. These unofficial service packs usually only cause more troubles than anything.
