Does anyone know where did these adaptors came from? Looks like they would enable the use of mobile P3's in S370 boards, maybe even also the Xbox CPU (as seen in this picture).
There were dozens of these for sale in this topic in 2008 https://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=42590
Were they commonly used in some kind of hardware, or could it be a custom design done by this guy?
The CPU is BGA soldered, but a micropga socket would probably fit there too.
