1.The board can emulate a serial port via USB just to send hex and addresess?
If by this you intend to ask whether this devices can be addressed as an RS-232 serial device from DOS when connected to a PC over USB, the answer is no . A PC connected to the X2Gs over must be running an operating system that has support for class-compliant USB MIDI interfaces (Windows ME does, as do Windows XP and later operating systems https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hard … --usbaudio-sys- )

2.this board can be access directly from one of the headers port to send hex and address via TTL or RS232?
The header on the board is not directly accessible via an RS-232 serial port .
If you want to use an X2GS under DOS through an existing RS-232 serial port on your computer, you would need, in addition to the X2GS :
a) https://www.serdashop.com/MPU-232
b) https://www.serdashop.com/CHiLL3
c) to use either the Softmpu program or patched version of the game you want to play (see http://bjt42.github.io/softmpu/ and MPU-232 : RS-232 MIDI interface, compatible with SoftMPU ).
@Dreamblaster, sorry if I missed anything .
