I have downloaded Classic MacOS and Macintosh System Software .IMG files from winworldpc. Can I run MacOS in DOSBox using them?

Those are going to be Motorola 68k binaries, not the intel x86 supported by dosbox, so no. Also in general DOSbox is emulating at the DOS level, not the bare machine level, like PCEM etc, which is more appropriate to run alternate x86 OS images on.
So, you want to find yourself a 68k Macintosh emulator.
Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
