I tried to install Comanche 3 in Windows XP but it didn't work. I wanted to install it using DOSBox, but I don't really know how to do it. I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you.

Thank you, Minimax! After following the 60 seconds guide, I was able to successfully install Comanche 3. However, when I run the game, the graphics were very jerky. How do I solve this problem? How do I also enlarge the DOS Box window to full screen? Thank you again!
Full screen = ALT-ENTER
Edit dosbox.conf using notepad. You can change a lot of behaviour options there.
