Does such a board exist with this combo? I know several boards can be modded but curious if there was one released to retail that had it all?

Hmm seems I had read about a few that could be upgraded to 1MB (without mods) but were never sold that way retail IIRC.
Not sure if there is any benefit of 1MB over 256k cache be worth it on a 486, on a Pentium SS7 yes !
Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun
General consensus - not without mods. Large cache or PS/2, not both.
I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

That seems to be my findings as well, thanks for confirming!
Hot 433 in theory should, but the ps2 port doesn’t work, right?

HOT 433 could be adapted for a working PS/2 port.
My 486 UMC8886/8881 Project (Version 2.0)
And it could run 256 MB cached RAM as well.
However, L2 could not be set to write back.
But from the sound of things, having L2 set to write-back mode doesn't make much of a difference anyway.
Is HOT433 one of those boards that lacks a dirty bit?
