Does anyone know what this motherboard is?
Does anyone know what this motherboard is?
Better photo
It sure is strange (and dusty as well!)
Especially the upstanding connectors.
What class CPU would this run?
Stuck at 10MHz...
Not sure but there seems to be an onboard amd 386sx on it? There is also an onboard cirrus logic vga?
It would be easier to tell with the board dusted off and the photo in hi-res.
all I can say about it, looks like an industrial board.
Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.

I asked for closer shots of the stickers on the mainboard but we'll see if the seller provides them.
I can't even begin to guess what this was used in..
Ok, so apparently nobody has any idea what this is? 🙁
No, sorry, but I would love to see the case it has came from.
It looks like a 286 to me. Hopefully we'll know more soon !

Has the seller sent you any more pictures ?
Did you buy it ?
I'm 100% certain that someone knows what it is. It's just that those somebodys aren't here to answer you. 😋

Looking like some kind of POS, industrial or data acquisition doohickey.
Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

No new photos yet, I dont want to buy it unless I know I can use it.
Could this be from an old ATM?
I wouldn't rule it out, being an ATM board... connect it to a printer when you first fire it up in case the buffer is still full of $50s 🤣

So, I have new photos. What the hell is this? 🤣
OK so it seems to be some weird computer model B28 LCW?

that looks like.. this?
Which makes sense as Unisys was kinda prevalent in banking etc. in late 80s here..
Also, a slightly relevant wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convergent_Tech … perating_System
So it's a 286 motherboard I guess? Worth picking up and trying? Don't think it would work in any reasonable kind of PC enclosure though..
It almost certainly won't play retro games if that is what you want. In fact it might not even have a standard BIOS.
The CPU is that intel chip and indeed loks like a 286. Not sure about video output, might be EGA, VGA or something completely proprietary. Also there are no standard extension slots so i'm not sure how you would connect any disk drives to it
