I might source a waterblock and hook it up to my chiller. See if I can get even higher (guessing 660 is possible with the right cooling)
You're going to have issues with condensation with a chiller. Might even get condensation under the heat spreader.
The smd capacitors under the heat spreader can and will get corrosion on and in-between the solder mounts if the condensation stays there.
I did experimenting with K6-2 CPUs and water-cooling and peltier cooling when they were current.
Even tried injecting coolant under the heat spreader and sealing it back up. That didn't end well.
With the peltier under a waterblock, it iced the CPU and surrounding area really quickly.
