Obscure boards with "+" on the end could well be one of many different names for PC Chips motherboards, if so we could recognize them based on layout.

There are some photos online, but i can also make some if anyone con spot differences

The chipset from the board is a "via kt133a" according to the descriptions I found.

Never heard of the name, but that's the exact (and very characteristic) layout of the Epox 8KTA3+

Just use the EPOX 8KTA3+ manual. The boards are functionally identical. You can even use the EPOX BIOS.
The board is a licensed copy as Schule04 pointed out.

one of the jumpers (in the manual) says "CPU Host Clock Select"
does that mean something like the fsb ?
or is it the fsb ? i am not an expert on this ... but i know fsb = important

There should be an option to change the FSB in the BIOS too btw. Edit: I think it's still somehow tied to the jumper somehow. Maybe the jumper defines what clock ranges are avaliable in BIOS? Something like that.😅

It will likely need a recap soon. The two capacitors next to the RAM slots appear to be bulging already.
With working caps it's a really nice board so it's definitely worth the hassle.👍

Yeeea i already thought of this being an issue ...
the problem is i dont have ANY soltering equipment, nor compacitors or de-soltering iron
so i just hope it works and i dont have to recap it so soon

well maybe not the MOST fashion card in the world but i luv it 😁 (miss spelling wanted)

There's a bunch of different AWE32 models but I don't think there's a modern clone or replica of any, sorry. The problem with AWE replicas and clones is the custom chips Creative used.
The closest thing may be the AWE64 Gold project. AWE64 Legacy

Also the board is great for Win98SE. It is wasted on Win95 imho. You should be able to run mobile Barton Athlons on it so it makes for a pretty fast Win98 PC with ISA.

there is one thing i dont quite understand, has nothing to do with the board but the prozessor
I am owning a bunch of different athlons however the lowest of them is a xp 2500 wich isnt supported as far as i know
so i decidet to go with the athlon that i got with it. It wasnt installed, wich is the reason why i wanted to know how to set the fsb.

My problem with the AMD Athlon A1400AMS3C isnt the prozessor itself, but that i have no idea how to set the fsb for it
And since i have no clue what i am searching for i hoped that somebody can tell
