Theres does not seem to be any list anywhere I could find of ISA cards with digital out. So far I've only been able to find 3 cards with this feature.

CMI-8330, Header on card
AWE64 Gold, Header on card
Terratec ews64xl with front/header box

Quick search turned up these as well:
- Turtle Beach Fiji
- SoundPro HT1869V+ (never heard of this card before, seems to be a CMI8330 clone or just re-labelled, see here: https://www.karlsitretro.com/soundpro-ht1869v-review/)
- Certain revisions of the Creative CT1920 AWE32 Upgrade Board that seems to work with various Sound Blaster cards

Maybe you could update your first post to also include theses and the other cards that have been mentioned.

Not all digital outputs listed so far actually carry the mixed down audio output, by the way.

The orpheus is one card that does. CD and midi audio as well as FM.
