So I thought its time to release some of my old stuff, I wrapped it in an installer.

Inside my installer;

https://bloodycactus.com/files/bcactus_install.zip

so the installer doesnt install the zips (I grabbed my 00index.txt off my local ftp), it installs the utils/apps etc.
(This version of the installer is output to stick on 360kb disks if you want to do a physical media install, or just unzip it into a directory and run install.exe)

Lots of this is really old, and I still use a lot of it today on my machines (my uansi driver, umb driver on my tandy, my packer, sickview etc).
Some of this I recompiled with newer open watcom but made no code changes, a couple of things I tweaked but didnt change
anything else (versions/dates etc its not worth tracking).

Some things (like amber) I had like 50 copies laying around in various states, so I dont know if the one in here is the last/most recent
or not but it seems ok. Some things are still missing (my spreadsheet uCalc and programmers text editor and some other stuff).

Some things in here are designed for 8088/XT, a lot of 386+ etc.

28line.zip       Sets screen into 28 lines mode

amber.zip        CPU emulator extractor (like unp).

bfhook.zip       bios font hook. Made for emags that use unreadable dos fonts.
biowar.zip       E-Mag: Biowar
bitops.zip       Simple bitops tool for modifying bytes in a file
com2exe.zip      Convert a COM file into an EXE file.
d.zip            D - Dos directory lister tool
dc.zip           disk clean. basically a 'fast format', clears the FAT entries on disks.
dekript.zip      Unscrambles a 'kript'ed file.
dkd32.zip        DeKompress DOS32 v0.4 by Dark Fiber, Entropic Coders '96.
dmg103d.zip      Disk Magazine Generator v1.03d
dram_chk.zip     Tests the DRAM banks on a VIA VT82C496G chipset.
e820.zip         This is a fake E820 bios extended memory map driver
e820lst.zip      Dumps the E820 memory tables if your BIOS supports them.
fedit.zip        HEX File Editor (Does not play nice under dosbox, works fine on real machine)
iff_copy.zip     Copys a named chunk from an IFF file
iff_list.zip     Lists all the named chunks in an IFF file
iff_wad.zip      Creats a simple 'WAD' file as an IFF, with ... files!

rembss.zip       RemBSS - remove bss data from end of exe
sauce.zip        SAUCE - Add/Edit/Remove SAUCE from a file.
sbdsp.zip        Displays DSP info on a SoundBlaster.
scheck.zip       Adds a self-check routine to COM file to check for tampering.
scinfo.zip       Prints sound card environment info out so its easily usable

thanks. most are just little utilities and stuff, so if you find some cool stuff or stuff you like, thats cool with me 😀
