Better view of the chip
It's a MediaVision card but doesn't look like a sound card?
this page doesn't help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Media_Vision
This post has a reference to it. IXW-MEMPHIS

Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.

Thanks!
So this card on its own is basically useless 😁
Without the breakout box, largely useless, unless you could find pinouts and make up your own basic dongle with audio jacks etc.
Ain't gonna happen I'm afraid. It'll be easier to just drop it in my "misc" box and forget it there 😁
Anyway, no drivers in view either...
Since it does actually have SCSI onboard, you could map out the DB44 with the 50pin IDC.
Just a straight through continuity test would do.
That would identify at least 25 scsi pins, and probably several grounds.
what would be left would probably be line in, line out, microphone in and maybe cdaudio-in.
Then you throw it into a nice table and post it here for all to find.
🙂

I would think it should work with the regular PAS16 drivers since that is what it is.
