Perhaps some PC-Engine Games were ported to windows and PCX1/2?

No because none of them were 3D (PC Engine = TurboGrafx 16). It's just NEC doing a little brand flex (Their semi-official PC-FX mascot Rolfee was also used in a few PC 3DEngine PCX1 demos, and no, PC-FX games weren't ported to PCX1 either)

Doubling PCI clock is easy, that's why I hope it is faster.
But overclocking the bus then ...
Why would it be any faster if doubling the PCI clock would still be 66mhz? Overclocking the bus isn't particularly advantage when you could easily replace the quartz crystal on a normal card.
Other versions of PCX1 run at 60 MHz.
dr.zeissler, what does it say on the quartz crystal on your PCX1? I can't read it in the photo.
