I received a video card today where the I/O bracket was loose so I went about tightening the screw threads. I wasn't applying too much force when one of then sheared clean off.

I have a very small supply of these from past dead cards but I would like to source new ones to have a supply on-hand.

What are these things called exactly and what search terms would allow me to find a supplier?

The standoff things are called standoffs

Adding 3mm to your search should narrow down enough.

(they're also called spacers, but i've had always known them as standoffs)

Just standoffs I guess with a longer thread. I don't know why I thought it would be anything different.
