Greetings,

I've just found the forum after a brief search. I have seen a thread here regarding an unlock code but I have no knowledge of it.

This afternoon I downloaded the Advance TR Installer and thereafter VMD sound and Glidos but like others I am getting the revolving Glidos logo - shame as the sound and graphics are exceptionally more solid!

I'm on XP pro and am not altogether adept at working with downloads, zipfiles, patches et al! I hope I haen't caused a problem by posting a repeat problem as I am yet to fully navigate my way around the forum.

I downloaded the freeware version of Glidos directly from the Glidos site. Any further info on why this occurs and how to eradicate it would be very much appreciated (or a link to an existing thread perhaps).

Sorry, I don't know what's misled you: there is no freeware version. Its $10 to unlock and get rid of the logo.

Oh I had not realised - I got the link from a TR site and usually the webmistress mentions if there is a cost incurred.

I guess I shall have to return to the Glidos site and pay my money!
