This was found on the back of a box for an MSI GeForce 5700. What does it even mean???

Taking a layman's approach to just the graphs would suggest an over 100% performance uplift with "Commander" but next to it that overclock setting says 10%.

I think what MSI did here was they dropped the graph to the very end to make the performance gains look huge relative to where they started measuring. This is so misleading I had to stare at it for far too long to work it out.

Yup, first thing to check on graphs used in advertising, marketing etc, does the X axis start at 0. Or the Y if vertical bars.

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

Sadly, I've seen that happen often..

Also those overclocking profiles are just dumb.. 2% increments except for the General tier that's suddenly 1%. Using military ranks for it is such a 2000s thing to do.
