I've searched quite a lot through Google but wasnt able to find just this exact model:

There's a Youtube video with a similar but slightly different adapter which has a few more jumpers but at least the jumper section regarding voltage looks identical:

I took fotos from where the uploader showed the manual of his adapter but still I'm not quite sure if it really translates to my adapter.

Does anyone here know which model exactly my adapter is and where I can find a definite table for the jumper settings?

EDIT:
I disassembled the case to check the back side of the PCB. It only tells what the upper left jumper does (JFSB). Close means AUTO, open is 100 MHz (or was it the other way around?! 😁 )... but still: no clue bout the vid-settings. Also: no further part numbers or other indicators of which type/model this is 🙁
