Yes and it targets Windows 98/Me, I think.
So in principle, Windows 9x is a good alternative to Windows XP nowadays.
And that's kind of funny, I think.
With all the updates applied and some help of KernelEx, Windows 9x can now run XP applications - better than XP can.
So KernelEx really makese sense here. This is so weird. Years before it was other way round.:
Windows 9x had bad VM support and XP was the hero saving the day (running Windows 9x applications).
