Guys, The languages of the World, Numbers, Science, and Microsoft Office has NOT changed since
The IBM computer.

Retro computers was about a time when the entire family shared a house, telephone, answering machine, Radio, TV, dinner table ,
Etc….Family size everything.

I think a family retro computer would make a great project for family.

Sharing is caring.

Dont divide the family but help bring then together on a Shared device.

Bill Gates and Steve Jobs both said computer's should benefit everyone.
Computers are a device for bringing the smartest people together to help
Solve World problems.

Merry Christmas, everyone. ^^ 🎄

PS: Kind soul that you're reading this: When feeling down at year-end festival, please remember that you're not alone.
There are many others out there that feel similar in these days and that the sun will shine for you again. 🌠

Well said. I have the privilege of celebrating Christmas among loved ones. I keep reminding myself that this is not something to take for granted.

To those of you who aren't so lucky and are feeling lonely, sad or afraid: may you yet find hope and warmth soon.

To all a Merry Christmas, and may the New Year bring better times for everyone. 🎄❤️

Sorry. My grandma died in 1998 when I was 5. Been feeling disconnected from what's left of my family for a long time, so it's lonely.

Just moving through life as a NPC service provider until Grim Reaper comes for me I guess.

No, no. It's fine. But there surely will be better times again.
Not seldomly, as the saying goes, it has to get worse before it gets better again.

Maybe it just needs a positive event such as another moon landing,
a second space station or a new technology (hyper loop?) that inspires people to look positively into the future.

The best we can do, I guess, is trying to continue to stay around and won't let negativity of others take over everything.

(I don't mean your post here, in my opinion your statement was true after all.
And knowing the truth is important to be able make a change for the better.
So it's all good. We just must try to also see the bright side of life, when there really is.
If we're happy, we're able to uplift and motivate others too.)

I agree in principle...though there are always patients that ruin everything...

People behave well for about 5-10 days around Christmas, and then it's more of the same the rest of the year.

Yup, this.

I am also going to use a chance to wish you Happy New Year in advance. I am 44, but still naive enough to hope this year will be better, more peaceful and financially more successful than the last several years. 😁

Ah, if only humans weren't such a disappointment after all passed centuries.
