You would need a pretty high end scope for that. Mine is only 20MHz.
I've compared every single pin to each othe between all the chips, (diode reading) and could not find differences. I guess it would be hard to see anomalies with just a scope. Maybe a high speed logic analyzer, but connecting all the wires...

A logic analyzer wouldn't be as useful as an oscilloscope to spot these kind of issues.
And yes, 20MHz is way too low for this.
