Is that what you mean or is it worse? The other rredline games should be full speed, except for "die by the sword."
It stays at 144 in the menus but drops to 20-6 during the races.

Great overall improvement. F1 seems to be running at full fps on races (viewing distance ninja, everything maxed) even with max res. forced. There's only a tiny glitch I noticed with the tires' text, which is slighltly misplaced but that already happened on the previous wrapper version. Soda also seems to be running smoother even than before.
