There is low information about Intel 3DR, early Matrox cards have some acceleration on them or not? One version of Matrox .3dr files calls special dll files. Also whats up with other 2D graphics, like ATi Mach32 atim3232.3dr and Mach64 atim6432.3dr, what they help vs generic .3dr file. If its only software accelerated, why to make s3, glint, matrox, ati versions of the files and why not use defualt one? What is latest version of Intel 3DR, is it version 2.1 or whats the best version to use? I have seen 2.0.x and 2.1, so there must be 1.x and maybe there is newer 3.x? What you think about Intel 3DR API demos and some games?
As 2D core is the same for Mach64 and 3D Rage so the ATi 3D Xperssion (Rage1) cards also supported Intel 3DR. https://kaisernet.org/library/1996/1196/11r10.htm
