Im looking for a PC game that should have come out around the time of GeForce 256 ish. I think it was called something like Evolve (but it definitely not from 2014).

You played a couple of creatures or rather aliens which evolved depending on other creatures and or enviroment. You could switch party members and had to solve puzzles and change form/abilities to solve the puzzles. I think one of the creatures/aliens were green and one blue.

The game was in 3d with 3rd person perspective.
