I'm looking for drop-in replacement - fastest possible 486SLC 5V for PC Emulator that supports 386SX CPU. While looking for pin and bus compatible CPU upgrades from the era I've noticed the TX486SLC/E-033D-PJF which - as I hope has 8kB L1 cache on-die. I can't do much with the fixed clock (16MHz) but I can look for better L1 cache than 1kB.
Can't find too much about this CPU, except the fact that it is avaliable to buy, and it's closest friends are:
TI486SXLC-V25-PJF 25 MHz 25 MHz 8 kB 3.3 V Low power version of SXLC, 100-pin QFP for compatibility with 486SLC.
TI486SXLC-040-PJF 20-40 MHz† 40 MHz 8 KB 5V 100-pin QFP for compatibility with 486SLC.
TI486SXLC2-050-PJF 25 MHz 50 MHz 8 kB 5 V 100-pin QFP for compatibility with 486SLC.

Am I guessing right that it might be a 16MHz version with double clock? Or something else?
