I am trying to make fifa 96 recognize my logitech f710 gamepad as ONE 4 axis, 4 button joystick but I keep failing with dosbox 0.74-3. The only option that seems to do something is the none option which results in fifa 96 not being able to utilize my logitech. Anything else I try, results as if I used the auto setting. In these cases, my f710 (dinput or xinput mode does not make a difference) is recognized as 2 gamepads with 2 axis and 2 buttons each. I have tried 4axis option, 4axis_2 and even fcs. None of these make a difference in comparison to auto. The game still thinks I have two gamepads with two buttons each. I am using Windows 11. Is there something I am missing?
