New Desk, so my Monitor is alot closer to the wall its a RGB 5 Head BNC Cable Monitor...and now if ill move my monitor closer to the wall it starts to flicker..if i put it further away as it was Clear non flickery picture...Why? Does the Ray fires back and the magnetic stuff makes it flicker? Rly curious wondering if anyone else noticed something like this aswell. Other CRTs are without problems just this 21 Inch Belinea.

And no Cables are in great condition tried 2 different ones same "problem".

I've had slimier problems in the past. you must remember the signals going to the monitor are very small in amplitude and any interference can dramatically influence it. Just like placing a mobile phone near a set of un-shielded speakers the same is happening to the monitor. this is why the FCC rules exist for electronics. My guess this monitor has had no test when being manufactured or a bit industrial bribery happened to get it past. You will probably find it spewing out tons of rf noise into it's environment as-well.
