If you have the launchpad, you can select "Enable Basic VESA Support" in the properties of the exe file and it should work.

Well, when you choose "Enable basic VESA emulation" does it go full-screen? If not, then you probably haven't checked the box. 😜

All the VESA switch does is allow your program to start in full-screen mode instead of a window.

It sounds like there's some kind of VESA compatibility issue. Not knowing the specifics, I would recommend creating a batch file for use with NOLFB.COM.

NOLFB.COM
TOUCHE.EXE

Also, remember that it can only be run from C:\TOUCHE

If that doesn't work, you have precious few options...
Dual-boot or emulation via VPC or similar tool.
