CIA Operation: Solo Missions prevents from starting on Windows 10, Are there ways to fix this crash on Windows 10?

As it's an old OpenGL game made before the extension inflation era, you can at least try to rename the exe to glquake.exe to see if any extension-limiting workarounds in drivers apply.

I tried renaming the executable to glquake.exe but it still doesn't start on Windows 10. Are there alternative workarounds?
