Thanks to Peter and is fabulous program I can play the great game Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard, but I have a problem with the audio.I used setsound.exe to configure the music(General Midi) and sound effects(Sound Blaster Pro, the only one working) and either the music and the effects works great but not the speeches and the dialogues (also in the movies) they are shuttering and of really poor quality. There is a solution for this problem?

Yours, Giocamoto

P.s.: I have attached my DXdiags file with all my configuration

Sorry. Got so used to people not providing any useful data.

I'd appreciate it if you didn't call me a fool, though. After all, my "fool quotient" is rather low and needless use of "fool" against me is likely to reduce the aggregate worth of the word in general.

Continued haphazard usage greatly increases the likelihood that you will go beyond the quota allowable on the 1040EZ form and require usage of the Form 1040A, Form 13315 Partner Volunteer Outreach Activity Report, Form 12509 Statement of Disagreement, and...if they feel in the mood...the Form 8854 Expatriation Information Statement.

You don't want that.

Actually it's all standard IRS forms. They have enough forms to choke a horse. *pauses*
That's terrible. Who came up with that phrase anyway?

Back to the issue at hand...ME is probably the worst OS for DOS games (it's the least stable). All I can suggest is that you lower the specifications for your soundcard and choose the most basic SoundBlaster option available. Not having seen the setup program for Redguard, I don't know how it would identify itself.

My guess would be "SoundBlaster compatible" (that's about as generic as it gets).
