I bought some dos classics on GOG but some are really hardly playable do to excessive scree tearing. I have this problem in games like Wolfenstein 3d or Jazz Jackrabbit. Is there any way to fix it? Can it be caused by using Intel graphics card?

EDIT: Apparently the problem is much more visible in fullscreen mode.

I'd start with vsync settings for dosbox.
Might need to disable freesync if you have it, and possibly put a frame rate cap. Try to stick with known dos modes like 70hz (70fps), 60hz/fps and fractions like 30fps.

With nvidia you can do it on a per-app basis and I assume Intel can too.
