When I want to run The Need for Speed - Special Edition and FIFA 97 on my dos 6.22 pc with a memory manager (Memmaker or netroom). No matter what settings in the memory managers, need for speed crashes at startup, the same goes for FIFA 97. If I undo the memory manager, both games work fine on my DOS 6.22 pc. Does anyone know how I can fix this with these 2 games. All other games and programs I run work fine with memmaker or netroom running

I have the following pc.
AMD k6 2 plus 500mhz
ASUS P5A-B rev 1.04
32mb sdram 100mhz
S3 Vrige dx 4mb
MSdos 6.22 and Windows 3.11
with 2 x Ide to sata converter with 2 x 850 pro ssd 128gb

see picture what goes wrong when starting Need For speed

Try the UMBPCI. Add these lines to CONFIG.SYS.

[COMMON]
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS /V
DEVICE=C:\UMBPCI\UMBPCI.SYS

[MSDOS]
DOS=HIGH,UMB
FILESHIGH=40
BUFFERSHIGH=30,0
STACKSHIGH=16,256
