Hi

While back I got my hands on an DOOM install. Tried it on an Asrock K7V4T SATA. It worked flawlessly.
Then I tried on an compaq armanda 4131t. There was only SFX. Haven't thought about it much and moved on.
Then I got my hands on galaxy sound BX II. Configured the sound and SFX as follows:
Sound
Sound blaster
IRQ 2, DMA 1, adress 220
SFX
Sound blaster
adress 220
Launched DOOM and only got MIDI sound and no SFX. Also tried the onboard VIA audio or similar with legacy audio on but same results. I have no idea what I did wrong, so I'll ask here if someone knows how to make SFX and sound work.
