Hi,

Recently I got an MS 8938 in a scrap lot. After inspection I found two broken SOT 32 components.
Q7 has "339 L" marking while D39 has "KA28".
I couldn't find any info about Q7 (closest I got is FDN339) and D39, so I ask here if anybody knows what they are.

Okay, KA2 is just an 1n4148 diode. Now I need someone help me find out what the 339 is...

FDN339 mosfet is correct.
