Tried the google and could only find very little.

Wanted to know if this exists with some older games that only works with windows 10?

Wanted to ask because I cannot keep one computer around as I wanted to get Z440 eventually soon for high end windows 1o game computer, I have to let go of one computer which is will be surplus because I don't want to keep two windows 10 computers at same time. Limited space.

In future, I'm getting another Z4 G4 for my main windows 11 computer.

Don't play many modern games so not sure, do any games work on early versions of Win10 but not later versions like driver support?
I would think that's more likely issue as Win10 22H2 is very similar to Win11 22H2.

What you could do is dual boot Win10 and Win11. Thats what I do (Win11 is joined to Work's domain, Win10 is my "personal" machine)

Original release of Need for Speed Most Wanted doesn't work on Win11 for me, but it did work on Win10.

Drakan: Order of the Flame - some music tracks don't play, at least on Win11 23H2 (December 2023 updates). The workaround is renaming original dmusic.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and putting the version from Windows XP there. Or from one of those DirectX Redistributables.

Should be some other issue, I practised the game last yr on Win11 for some competition

If I am not mistaken, I had to follow similar steps for some other games but in Windows 10 also.

Regarding DirectMusic, I'm only aware of the old issue with scripting that Unreal II uses, 'been a problem since Vista, have to use XP's dmscript.dll. The issue with Drakan is very new, it's also interesting that it doesn't effect every track. I made a thread about this on the forum in the Windows section quite some time ago, but there were only crickets.

Do you have a link with more information about cracycs patch for EmulateHeap?

This list is likely to end up more as "games that still work on windows 10 but won't work on windows 11", i.e. mostly older games that by accident or intent are still able to be run on windows 10 but that the changes in windows 11 are just enough to break it.

Unless we mean that its games released with windows 10 as primary target but wont work on windows 11
