Hello all,

I have been messing around with a win 3.11 system lately to play some early 3d games and such. The system has a yamaha YMF719 OPL3 sound card in it. I installed drivers from the vogons drivers page and they installed without a hitch.

Sound works great in Doom, Doom2, Duke3d, a few other older titles. Seems to work fine in windows 3.11 and most windows games like SC2000.

But my beloved SimTower seems to hate it for some reason. Upon startup it throws a general protection fault:

"TOWER caused a General Protection Fault in module OPL3SA.DRV at 0001:1604"

I'm afraid this era is a little below my wheelhouse and I am not sure where to go from here for more troubleshooting.
