What Windows versions are supported - in case the subject length cuts

Ah, All later than 95, what, all the way up to current, does it pick something as it installs as there is a heck of a difference over that big a range?

I've not tested it with other than Windows 11 for years, so I don't really know. The was information is piped between DOS and Windows is markedly different between the 95/98/ME flavours of Windows and 2000/XP/8/10/11, but - as far as I know - the code the selects between those mechanisms is still working.

The only down side with modern Windows versions is that their being 64bit disallows use of VDos32 to run the actual game executable. VDos32, unlike DOSBox is very restricted in what programs it can run, but for those that it does support is orders of magnitude faster. On the other hand, emulation speed is not a big issue on modern fast hardware.
