Hello to all.

First time poster but I was lurking here for a while and decided to register because I like discussions on old/older tech since I'm using it myself.

As per title, I'm thinking on acquiring an older Lenovo workstation, the P510. It comes rather barebone, without RAM, storage, graphics card, etc and this is not a problem - I already have some HDDs and graphics cards but I'm not sure about RAM. I mean, I do have some normal non-ECC DDR4 RAM but from what I have read, this system uses registered ECC DDR4, which I don't have.

So, not sure if a normal non-ECC DDR4 can be used. Any thoughts?
